Forensics 101 Afterschool Provider Training- FREE- June 9 (sign up at postcarolinas.org)

Are you looking for a way to spice up your curriculum? Do your students love to watch CSI, Bones or Forensic Files?  Take your class on a field trip without even leaving your classroom.  Forensics 101 will come to your school or classroom to setup one of our working "crime scenes" conduct our hands-on forensic science workshops.  Let us handle everything... we will bring all of the supplies and materials to your classroom.  Our interactive programs meet both the North Carolina and South Carolina Standard Course of Study for Science guidelines. 

Forensics 101, Inc enables students to bridge the gap between scientific theory and its application to real world problems in an encouraging environment. We provide students with hands-on science that complements current science curriculum. Our curriculum is aligned with the National Science Standards.  Our multidisciplinary curriculum,  workshops, and crime scene experiences use natural science, physical science, and technology to understand forensic science using the various laboratory skills, techniques, and methods commonly used during forensic investigations. 

We are flexible with our unique and individualized curriculum. Our programs follows the North Carolina Standard Course of Study and all of our material is age appropriate.  We work closely with teachers, students and parents to design a unique curriculum that is compatible with the educational goals of the school.

In addition we offer teacher trainings and seminars.
