Birthday Parties
Is your child into mysteries? Does your child want to be the talk of the class? Let FORENSICS 101 entertain your child and his or her party guests by bringing a mock crime scene to your party for everyone to explore (for ages 9 and up). We work closely with parents to create a unique scenario appropriate for all guests. Guests will use forensic science tools and equipment to identify and collect evidence. Guests will then become forensic lab analysts and analyze collected evidence, all to determine what happened and "whodunit" (last approximately 2 hours). We provide all of the supplies and materials needed to work the crime scene and analyze the evidence. In addition, w e also offer a hands-on forensic science experiments party for our younger birthday boys and girls. With our hands-on experiment party we bring all of our forensic tools and put on a one hour forensic science experiment party. Guests will use actual fingerprint powders and brushes, look at hairs under microscopes, analyze foot prints and tire impressions, identify each other from dental impressions, and more!Included in our parties: v Intro to forensic science techniques v Crime scene set up/ clean up v Crime Scene development (all of our parties are unique, no two parties will be the same) v Crime Scene overview (our instructor turns into a "detective" and leads party guests into an exciting CSI mystery) v Forensics 101 lanyards for guests and birthday boy/girl The fee for parties is $225 for up to 15 children ($12 for each additional guest). A $50 deposit is due at time of registration. There are no refunds for guest number changes. In the event that you must cancel, a $30 non-refundable deposit will be kept from the balance refunded.
